Bekera

City operated by the Hazfen Empire.  Sitting just after Ampoule the capital along the river it receives what the capital does not in important river trade. 
Lush with life and trade, even the scraps of the capital sustain this large city. Many scholars stop between the capital and Susans library here making the town a quaint collection of inns, libraries and cafes. Far from both the Sigh threat and Cherloa the Drought it is a respite from capital hubub.
