Famine, sandstorms, ageing, death have all long been blamed on Cherloa in the Hazfen. Thought she does not affect these things, she has long contested the Burgeonend and Nagpako control of the The Deathless Dunes.

Personal history
Cherloa was born during the late Era of the Perisian Empire . Raised by a pair of adult blue dragons with the family name Blue Breath she was protected. Under their great old wings Cherloa learned to fly, hunt, and work around the other sentient races. Her parents lived on the eastern mountains of the Hazfen near the Screeching Crevasse. When the calamity struck the dragons rejoiced at the fall of the humanoid races great empire that sought to control superior beasts like them. Perisian Empire attentioned turned to Thánatos "The Destroyer" and away from them. The family of blue dragons reveled in this and ravished the Wisconsin planes as well as the few who lived within the Hazfen. When the destroyer laid waste to half of the Wisconian planes and made their way to the Hazfen the draongs stood in the path. Thánatos "The Destroyer" annihilated Cherloa's parents, hungry for their magic heavy and huge meat-filled carcasses.
Cherloas was forced to run by her parents before the execution and as she flew her parents fought Thánatos "The Destroyer" and were eaten. Cherloas fled into the Hazfen's dunes sea's where Thánatos "The Destroyer" would ignore since nothing was there to consume. Cherloa dug a lair deep into the dunes, sandstone, and bedrock slowly, living off deep well waters and Sigh beasts, she withered under the sun.
Nearly two hundred years pass and Thánatos "The Destroyer" is slain by the Sentinels. Hazfen Empire Burgeonend emerge for the first time along the Hazfen River just north of Cherloa. Passing little time Cherloa began to assault the fledgling empire and steal their riches. Burgeonend god warriors struggled to beat her back but a temporary alliance with the recovering Nagpako tribes contains her to The Deathless Dunes.
Now she is much older, much stronger, and there is much more food to eat. Her desire for control over the entire southern Hazfen still threatens all who lives on the dunes.
Sexuality
Cherloa has remained far from other Blue Dragons since her parent's death. While a shapeshifter like all dragons none has noted her seeking anything beyond gold and blood. Some more, eccentric, Burgeonend have suggested the tactic of playing off her long isolation with powerful polymorph and seduction spells.

Failures & Embarrassments
Cherloas failures are many and noted. For each of the above accomplishments there was an earlier attempt, a surprise attack, a wounded wing, a long plummet from the sky. Most notably though her defeat by Savanage Dompress during her second assault on Selam in the year sixty of the Era of Rediscovery truly burns in history. Waves of great magic tore her from the sky and then forced her to literally run on the dunes away from The Magnified god warrior.
Morality & Philosophy
Savagery has its place, but a true dragon knows its intellect and power come into play when versus the cunning races of Potestatem. Hallucinations and cruelty play on their souls and allow her to gain greater loot for her hoard which remains her prized possession.
