Caerbor in Moonbrook

Thaiva Phenol ran into her brother Caerbor Klaedris in Moonbrook. Thaiva Phenol was there to search for Lenora's children and sell drugs. Caerbor Klaedris was there because he had been poisoned and infected with the Moon Plague while visiting Polaris.
