The drunken surgeon is a well-known serial killer who has been terrorizing The multiverse for a very long time. The exact time he began killing is uncertain, but it is believed to be somewhere between 704 and 709. His existence is relatively common knowledge, but there is much disagreement about what kind of person he is. Witness accounts all vary wildly, failing to agree even on the race of their assailant. Mama Bear in particular said that, as far as she knows, it might even be more than one person.
However, there are a few things that are known:

• The killings have occurred in every plane of existence
• Victims were found bound, with their livers surgically removed
• The livers were removed while the victims were still alive
• At least one empty containers for alcoholic beverages is found at every scene. Usually, there are several
• The killer leaves behind very little evidence. If seen, he flees through a doorway and disappears without a trace. It is believed he goes to Sigil in such situations
