The Prince of Fools

(a.k.a. Hyrsam)

The Prince of Fools is an Archfey who takes the form of a large Satyr. He is an eccentric man, even by Archfey standards, and is patron to many of the tricksters, liars, and jesters of the Feywild. He holds considerable influence at court, but rarely spends time there. Instead, he can usually be found wandering the woods looking for new recruits.
One day, he was wandering the woods and met another Archfey by the name of Lurue. The two immediately fell in love, and were married within the week. The two lived together for over a decade, but then had some sort of falling out. The exact cause of the disagreement is now lost to history, however their arguing quickly escalated, and their followers began to fight each other throughout the Feywild. This conflict became known as the Lover's War, and lasted for only a few months before Lurue was slain in battle.
He is also father to another Archfey by the name of Hobbs.
