Genshi Chitsujo, the first order is the military faction that defends the
Jozu Dynasty. They all work in separate groups based on their city of operation with each group having a leader. The main leader of the military is
Niwa Ujihiro from the
Conclave of Elements who has his seat in
Oritsu.
