Zephyr

A small town located in the western side of the Derisaí Range. The small town has a wide variety of cultures and many different races. There is a mayor, but the government and caretaking of the village is collectively taken care of by the adults of the town.
The young instead enjoy hearing stories of adventure from the older, and venture into the mountains where the winds grant them the ability to sometimes fly among the cliffs. Depending on the weather.
