Zhou Wei (Zou Way)

Government. Zhou Wei is run by a member of Mirume named Yamashiro Miu.
Defense. Zhou Wei does not have an exterior wall or any other type of defense surrounding the city. However, they have a large number of ships and have a strategy to head to Dokuji in case of a large scale attack.
Commerce. With easy access to the sea and waters, they trade in seafood, as well as materials infused with the powers of the elemental plane of water.
Zhou Wei is a city located in the Pellucid Estuary near the western side of Taretza. The city is famous for the many rivers that flow throughout the city and replace its roads.
