Kadmiran

Kadmiran is the capital city of the Eleazarian Empire.
It lies in the centre of the Core Lands. It houses the Senate. Many important families live in the capital.
Since 725 A.K.C. a deadly disease devastetes the capital city. Healers from all over the Empire are trying to get the harmful disease under control, but as it is sexually transmitted, not a lot of people want to admit having symptoms. As a result the capital city is under quarantine.
