Nadaar

Levied as the divine overseer of the Fundamental Reckoning by Amras, Nadaar was divine courier of information among the Elemental Magnates. Nadaar, from his lofty domain, observed and directed the cataclysmic battles between his siblings that shattered and shaped Primea over the course of eons. Due to his station, Nadaar developed a cavalier and pompous attitude towards his siblings. Nadaar took great joy in wielding his airy influence to stoke the fiery tantrums of his youngest sister, Targak. Marthasya and Gulungin would have to redirect their forces to extinguish these fires. They would beg their brother to halt his stirring bellows so that the worldfires would be suffocated. Realizing his delight blinded him to the terrible power his impassioned sister exercised, he conspired with Marthasya and Gulungin to seal Targak away deep beneath the surface of the world. Humbled by the outcome of his hubris and meddling, Nadaar resolved to resume his original station as liaison between the gods.

WORSHIPPERS

Couriers, messenger, emissaries, and any purveyor of words that need to be delivered to their intended destination with accuracy and haste will find themselves offering prayers to Nadaar before taking up a new task. Travellers revere the sky god when they find a steady breeze at their backs, and seafarers will profess their gratitude when they need not battle the realm of winds on their journeys. Any creature that communicates vocally can find reason to praise Nadaar, as the voice is a gift from the Galeborn.

SACRED SITES

Cloud giants make their enclave in the nebula of the skies. Their polymorphic nimbus homesteads are visited by those who wish to be closer to Nadaar during worship. The cloud city of Cumulopolis is the result of the blooming of the first cloudseed. Balloon festivals are held when communities whish to exhibit their constancy towards the Lofty Lord.

RESOURCES

Only those faithful to Nadaar can hope to pilot an airship in the skies of Primea with any degree of success. Air travel offers the fastest means of transportation without the aid of magic or teleportation. This allows the information delivery guild, Post Haste, to transport bulletins, proclamations, advertisements, and news more swiftly than other organizations.
