Helsah Thifak
Helsah Thifak was the first wife of Junrell Ralto and mother of Mlungusi Ralto, first of the Ralto Kings.
She and her future husband met when they were both teenagers, and they were betrothed in AF 220 and handfasted in AF222. Their first son Vael was born the next year, and Mlungusi followed three years later. Her first daughter Hislo was born in AF 228, and son Daulfridr followed a year later.
Her youngest daughter Niela was born in AF 231, but the pregnancy was complicated and Helsah died in childbirth.
