Sorrow Delilah is the current High Priestess of Ibu'fen in Apis, and head of the Church of the Immortal Sorrow. She is a stern high elf, several hundred years old and strict on the laws about healing. While execution is strictly forbidden by their practices, she has personally advocated for the banishment of several members of the church who were discovered to be practicing healing, as well as changing the law to a life of imprisonment for Apians who were discovered to have killed someone, were previously it had depended on the reason.

At a young age she was orphaned, her parents murdered by pirates who came from Thraex and raided the coast of Apis until they were eventually defeated by a contingent of ships from Arator. She went into the keeping of the Church of Immortal Sorrow, and quickly grew obsessed with service.
