A powerful church that rules Apis, currently led by Sorrow Delilah. They worship the goddess Ibu'fen and believe that as she brought elves to life, they are basically just renting their bodies, and anything that happens to them is her will and is not up to them to change.

Culture

They believe that Ibu'fen gave them life, and it is not up to them what happens with that life. They cannot harm, but they also believe by that same right no one should be allowed to heal as that takes agency away from Ibu'fen.
