Vulpes Lagopus
The Vulpes Lagopus. Not much is known about them. A barrier of piercing ice crests mark the edge of their territory, magically ensuring that no trespassers will distrub them. There is no information about them, no knowledge of their leaders or population.
Structure
While the organization structure is not known, there is evidence that it is led by a young woman, with white hair and nearly see through skin, whose eyes are a piercing red. She has been seen at scenes of disappearances from villages and cities, where people go missing only to reappear in the clutches of the Vulpes Lagopus.
History
Once there was a girl. No one knew where she came from, or who had sent her, only that she was on the edge of town one day, staring in. She watched the people, her skin pale white, her hair a silver that reflected the stars, her eyes a blood red. She watched them, and not one invited her in. The next day she was gone, and so were all those the village had treated ill. And thus the first of the Vulpes Lagopus were born, taken in by this girl who herself was the beginning of the Vulpes Lagopus.
