Praetor Rayfield Rehbein
Praetor Rehbein was a former scholar of Duke Alford Brasington that was assigned to Countess Lisbeth to aid in management of non-Empire controlled cities. Praetor Rehbein is rarely seen outside of his residence as he has several years of paperwork to catch up on from the las Praetor that did not preform his duties.
