Solith gives birth to the continents first sophontic race: the Jotunkith. These gigantic humanoids were created to be the land's perfect servants with their innate connection with nature and its elemental forces.
Out of the supremacy wars, a nameless dwarf lord rises out of the bloodshed as the divine incarnation of war itself. He becomes Gaul, the Lord of War, and he would go on to dominate the dwarven people and shape them into an empire built to further his glory.
The dwarves cement their claim over the entirety of the Frosted Expanse, becoming the dominant race in the region and enslaving any non-dwarf foolish enough to stick around. The giants that were once prolific in the Frosted Expanse are driven nearly extinct as a result and the Udrithi Kingdom is born.
Gaul crowns the new dwarven kingdom with a new, opulent capital named Kalur-Alnis as the seat of war.
After bringing the dwarven people to heel and securing their ancestral land, Gaul sets his eyes on all of Solith and begins his conquest of the entirety of Moorwald. Thus the Udrithi Empire is born and its war machine begins to tear across the land in earnest to fuel their growing empire.
The Udirkith Empire clashes with the giant Jotunkiths as food becomes more and more scarce. And after nearly a quarter of a century, the dwarves finally push the giants out of the Moorwald and up into the Crimson Throat.
Gaul sets his sights on the lofty peaks of the Throat of the World and carves a warpath across the Crimson Throat, forever staining the mountainsides with the crimson blood of those who dared stand against the Udirkith Empire.
The entire Moorwald region falls into the iron grip of Gaul's empire yet still his lust for more grows and he quickly sets his eyes on more distant territories.
Traveling from their home continent of Moorwald, the first Dwarves arrive in the Throat of the World and their scouts begin to explore Haven. Their reasons for journeying so far have been buried and forgotten by time.
Dwarven agents begin to convert Garkith tribes in the Throat of the World to serve in Gaul's Empire, secretly moving military assets deep into the nearly impenetrable mountain range.
Gaul's keep is erected up from beneath the ice sheet. Thus cementing Gaul's power in the region and the Udirkith turned their eyes to the stygian throat.
First contact between the Udirkith and First Men.
The Gaze of Giants begins construction at the western edge of Throat as Gaul prepares to conquer Haven as he conquered the Throat.
The dwarves construct a fortress deep beneath the waters of the Abyss and begin to use machines to harness its power.

Flooded with a large supply of Blackstone, the Udrithi Empire begin to experiment with the strange material to bring further glory to the empire. Those who mined the Blackstone were changed by its strange magic, becoming the Blackhill Dwarves of today.
A sect of Dwarves breaks off into the Parched Expanse.
Despite high profits and years of success, the local Dwarven clans of Shadmir destroy the Shadmir Quarry and flood it to the brim. Claims of dark beings and horrific visions plague those that travel near the dwarven-made lake.
First Men forces push deep into the Uderkith controlled Throat of the World. Assaulting the very steps of Gaul's Keep.
With the fall of Gaul the Udirkith sue for peace, creating a tentative peace with the First Men. The First Men simply had to sit by and watch as the once great empire collapsed in on itself.
The Udirkith begin to bicker and skirmish amongst themselves, turning on each other as they vied for the crown of the Udirkith Empire.
The empire crumbles as divisions become untenable and harsh breaks form in the ideology of the once united dwarves. Those whose ancestors had fought the bloody campaign to hold the throat against the First Men found kindred spirits in the warrior race becoming the Mountain Dwarves of today. While those dwarves that still clung to the ideals of Gual clawed for what little power they could in Haven and the Stygian Throat and became the Blackhill Dwarves.
The Blackhill dwarves are rounded up and forced into slavery for the crimes of the Udirkith Empire, their holds are burned and shattered leaving only ruins.
A Dwarven Hold is discovered that was constructed around 1300 years before, it was built around the depths of Abyss. This Hold seemingly had the ability to use the power of the lake’s crushing depths to supply mechanical power in the form of pistons and water wheels. Sadly, most of the Hold has been flooded for hundreds of years.

The goddess of death is slain by her fellow gods and the world descends into decades of turmoil.
As the Unfallen begin to rise, the nations of Solith begin to find the cause of the growing "undead" problem. Hundreds of Necromancers are slaughtered, tortured, or executed in the largest witch hunt in Solith's history. It did little to stop the growing hordes of starved, raging Unfallen that began to appear all over the world. But as the reality of the harsh new world sets in, many of these deaths are called into question and the practice quickly disappears across Haven.
