The Rookery

Similar to some of the other facilities, this tower is a relic of the former Collectors Organization. Now used to house the messenger birds of the Department of Information, as well as the stargazers of the Consortium, this tower is on a small island just off the eastern coast of Star Fall Island. This not only allows it an unimpeded view of the night skies, but also a perfect view of the island itself allowing for those stationed there to also operate as lookouts should anything threaten the Island.
