Bellov's Lab

The former laboratory of the Simic vedalken scientist, Bellov. Bellov studied the magics relating to elementals, applying a more alchemical process to these creatures to manipulate and combine their forms into new elemental beings. His lab service elemental, a Galvanice Weird, inexplicably went psychotic and caused massive damage to the lab and fled for Tin Street. Bellov would have died, if not for a party of adventurers finding him pinned under a fallen pipe. He employed them to retrieve the weird, and upon it's returned he relocated his lab when he became aware it had been reappropriated from a troupe of Rakdos performers.

  Bellovs Lab

  The chaotic racket of violent, magical combat fills the street outside of this small Izzet research facility. A set of stairs leads up to the building giving easy access from the street. As you approach, you can see that the front door has been ripped off of its hinges and lies dented in the street. Through the open entryway you can see red and blue light flashing inside, clearly indicating some sort of magical standoff in the building.
