Shogun Oroku Saki (a.k.a. Shredder, The Tyrant)

Once known in his reality, The Realm of Ooze, as Shredder, the Tyrant is the ruler of The Waste. He has come to be called by this name because of his ruthless way of running the land and controlling its people. He keeps this control with his criminal organization, the Ashi Clan. Currently he has a strong hold on all areas of The Waste except the Ruins of Yest.
He puts loyalty, ingenuity, and origin above all else.
