S5: A fey mirage Report

General Summary

After taking a short break, the group encounter some bandits looking to rob them and fighting starts. Kido is hurt badly but the bandits are eventually defeated. With a key from one of the bodies, they tracked their way to the bandits camp, where one still remained. After a tense conversation, the bandit gives in and allows the camp to be raided. Rosie asks if he wants to join them to Chiaf, which he agrees on after some back and forth. After traveling some more, they hit an invisible barrier. It's revealed that a fey creature had cast a mirage, luring them into a cave for the past half mile. She says they can live if they do her a favor. Cheheri quickly agrees to one of her quests immediately, and eventually takes on another one as well. Cheheri also receives some fruit from the fey. The party finds another of their hunting targets a Cave Fisher there and decides to hunt one for themselves as well with plans to craft a magical item out of the materials.
