S6: Arrival in Chiaf Report

General Summary

The group heads out into the jungle with the bandit known as Glanville. They encounter a group of yatenn, but manage to avoid catching their attention. After a few more hours of trek, the evening starts creeping in. The party meets a group of nomads traveling through the jungle that offer them food, and play for the group. Some of them are enchanted by the music and even fall asleep. The nomads mysteriously disappear along with some of the groups gold, leaving a pendant and a short message behind. After making their own proper camp, Rose dreams of her past and of the wildlands.
They arrive a few days later in the town of Chiaf. Glanville gives the party information about the town and joins them at one of the baths before going on his way.
With more services and shops than they've encountered in a long time, the party did some shopping and browsing, accepted tasks and wrapped up some quests at the postal office. Gepp had gotten a letter from his father with some hidden information on it concealed by Illusory Script, telling him about a resistance group against the empire.
