Arkat’s Hold

This fortified city sits below a dark stone fortress atop an artificial hill, both raised by Arkat’s magic in the Gbaji Wars. The fortress is called the House of Black Arkat, and its priests are sorcerers who maintain the forbidden lore of Arkat, despite centuries of persecution.
