Dark Warrens

Dark Warrens. Some 3000 trolls live here, a vast and dark slum surrounded by fine palaces. After the Adjustment Wars and the Dragonkill this was a vast, empty area of broken buildings and tumbled stones. Rather than rebuilding, the trolls used the ruins as a vast roof and dug down and into the earth instead. From the outside it appears as a dome of rough-hewn stone covered in weeds, shrubs, brush, and vines where vermin and beetles scuttle about. From within, it’s a warren of twisting mazes filled with knick-knacks, debris, and even the flotsam and jetsam of the sea such as crab shells and the like when such haven’t been eaten by hungry trollkin.
