Longside

West of the Warrens

Ostensibly including the Dark Warrens, the human residences of Longside cluster along Long Street from Imarja’s Plaza to House Marele. Also known as “West of the Warrens” or more simply West Warrens, the buildings are old, often moss covered where they do not face the streets, and there always seems to be a sense of shadow lingering around. Beetles are very common here, prey for small snakes, lizards, and mice which slither or scurry about. House Hulta and House Marele have divided duties for the neighborhood based on location: House Hulta north of the cistern, House Marele including and south of the cistern. Both typically hire mercenaries, including trolls, for guard duty and patrols rather than rely on sporadic patrols by the Green Horses.
