Watchside

The Watchtower stands high above Belintar’s Wall and the guards keep a close eye on the Black Maw to ensure that nothing evil emerges. Local families maintain a tradition that their ancestors hid in or escaped from the Black Maw and granted them special powers. The neighborhood provides a high proportion of the militia for the district and they are taught the Four Defensive Magics against spirits, Rune masters, sorcerers, and demons.
