Heimdall

(a.k.a. The Bright God, Gaurdian of the Bifrost, Watchmen of Asgard, Golden Tooth, The Ram)

Heimdall, who stands guard upon the Bifrost, the rainbow bridge between Midgard and Asgard , is an enigmatic deity. He was born of nine-mothers, all the daughters of Aegir , but appears to be part of the Aesir.
He wields a powerful sword and a horn called Gjallarhorn, which will herald in Ragnorok. This is his duty, to guard Asgard against invaders and to sound the alarm both for limited threats and for the great battle that will come.
He is a god of Guardians and Watchmen, but also of authority and social class as it's said he journeyed to Midgard and was treated differently by the three families he visited; to which end he formed the social classes of Nobility, Free Farmer and Thrall.
As the ever-watchful, he is a nemesis of the deceiver god Loki, and prophecy says they are fated to kill one another in the final battle.

Deceit, Lies and Trickery weaken the self more than ones opponents.

Midsummers Day, the Summer Solstice, is the most sacred day for sacrifice to Heimdell.
