Roland Rae

Once a member of Aiken Rayne's secret police, Roland hid his identity near the end of the war in fear of the chopping block when it seemed the Raynes would not succeed.
He was eventually captured and sold to Ferrus as a prisoner for his collection.
Roland is a cruel and savage racist and murderer and one of the most wanted criminals in the land for a time, although his name was only known to a few.
