Lucky Mitzu
A crossbow sniper and member of the Black Samurai's army who fought in the war to retake Shisui in the summer of 23 ARL. Was at the Fish Eye deployment base on September 4 of that year and participated in the shooting competition held by Voren Velred to impress General Kigachi. Managed to skewer three flying fruits with one crossbow bolt, earning him the moniker "Lucky Mitzu".
