Trophium

An island that completely lacks magic. No magic items or spells work.
The island's main attractions are the large Queque ("quay-quay") market district and a colosseum. The former offers a wide array of products and is particularly known for slaves and powerful nonmagical gear. The latter offers great challenges and relatively fair competition, as no one can "buy" their way to victory with powerful magic items (though mastercraft mundane items are still effective).
The island is mostly run by a boisterous champion named Yag.
