Urishvael

An Old One death angel who was responsible for a number of the bad things happening in Vaester and Nightwyrm Fortress in September of 23 ARL. Among other things, he corrupted a bellkeeper's mind and used him to siphon the souls of those who died in the area, taking them rather than letting them go to their proper rest. His plan was thwarted, but he remains at large.
