Fraz-Urb'luu rules the Abyssal realm of Hollow's Heart from the capital city Zoragmelok. Fraz-Urb'luu is the master of lies, illusion, and deception.
Many of the cultists who serve Fraz-Urb'luu are decieved into believing their master is some lost celestial who grants wishes, and strives to create good. He particularly enjoys leading demon-hunters against his demonic enemies, urging them to greater and greater atrocities in the name of their cause, only to eventually claim their stained souls and reveal his true nature.
