Feathergale Spire

Overview

Feathergale Spire is a prominent tower located in the Sighing Valley. It is known for its unique architecture and strategic location near the Lortmil Mountains. The Spire is occupied by the Feathergale Knights, a military organization affiliated with the Faerie Nation of Celene and under direct service to Princess Aerissi. It was revealed in the year 602 that the Feathergale Knights were in service to the Cult of the Howling Hatred.
Structure The Spire is built on a pillar of rock within a canyon and stands as the tallest point for miles around. Constructed from white limestone and embellished with marble, the tower resembles a gleaming sword, a testament to the craftsmanship of its builders. The only point of entry to the Spire is a drawbridge, adding an extra layer of security to the already formidable structure.
Role in the Temple of Elemental Evil The Feathergale Knights had taken into custody a group of gnomes from the Free Assembly of the Kron Hills. These gnomes were originally intended to engage in security cooperation discussions with the Knights but were abducted and used as living sacrifices to help summon Yan-C-Bin. A number of these gnomes were liberated by the Badgers from Hommlet.
