Despite growing older, Kendrick has done his best to keep himself in good physical health. Using his physical health to hide his mental flaws.

Special abilities

Has a heat based Flare and Heat immunity. Though not as powerful as his daughter's Flare he's used his wisdom and experience with his own Flare to give Cadwyn an edge and making her an expert with her Flare at such a young age.

Personal history

Born to the large Tamarnee family of the Dayarin district, Kendrick was often neglected by many of his family members as a child. This caused him to be quite a rebellious child, even joining the infamous "Yellow Jackets" at one point and becoming a prominent member. Knowing this wasn't a good look for their family Kendrick was locked up and kept under high security during much of his teenage years where he spent much of his time on his family's private riverside property honing his heat based Flare. This was until he met Blakely Polaris and it is said it was love at first sight for the two as Kendrick was willing to give up his rebellious tendencies to be with Blakely. Due to the death of Blakely's family, the two's marriage was left on hold for a few years until Kendrick officially married into the Polaris family and became King of Atla.

Education

Though Kendrick was a very rebellious child he used his family's wealthy to his advantage as he spent time studying and understanding Rhydan history. As he's grown older much of this knowledge gained in his youth has been helpful in making him into a very wise individual.

History

Though kendrick loves his daughter very much, it seems as though that as the years have gone on his shown love for his daughter has dwindled much more than Blakely's. This has caused tension in the family in recent times as Rea has become even more jealous of Anathe, as Kendrick has shown more and more love towards his first born.

Though throughout most of Ana's childhood she remembers her father and mother being equally neglectful of her, recently she has began to regain the trust of her father as he has began to open up more to his first born.
