Judai

Created by the titan Praetec, the Judai are a race of titanborn that adjudicate cities across Qivaq. Built to stand and judge, they are rarely mobile.
Greater Judai are typically non-mobile and in larger cities, whereas Lesser Judai are smaller and travel in circuits before reporting back to the greater Judai.
