Toturi Natsu
The Second Prince, Toturi Natsu. A bit of a misnomer, as he's actually the first prince, but the second child of Hantei Kaia and Emperor Toturi V.
Natsu likes to play a game. That game is called "Dress Up like a Ronin and go run around and see how normal people live". His proclivity for this hadn't attracted his parents' attention until recently, and now he's on a bit of a time out on account of getting in a bit over his head while on an adventure with Yogo Isao. When he first met Isao, the boy was flirtatious and down to fuck. Natsu enjoyed that experience a lot. The problem was that the Yogo learned who he was and suddenly he didn't want anything to do with him.
Natsu didn't understand why, and, more importantly, he didn't like being told no. Isao was pretty, and he was into Isao, and Isao had been into him, and the way he blushed whenever Natsu told him how badly he wanted to jam his dick down his throat said that Isao was still into him, so why did the Scorpion keep fucking running away?
He invited him to Winter Court, and the boy hid from him. He tried to corner him in a strange magical realm--hid from him. It was weird, and a little exciting, but mainly frustrating, and Natsu still hasn't chosen how to deal with it.
