The Black Horn Society deals in occult knowledge, forbidden lore, and dark secrets. If there is something you need to know but aren't supposed to, then seek out a Black Horn Gathering. These events, secret by necessity, are the only way to meet members and see the artifacts they hold. Invitations are rare and expensive. This society is rumored to make up one part of the Secret Dragon of Jiaohai.
