Justicar

The Justicar is in charge of all three Pensclers, they are in charge but The New Triad has learned from the past, the Justicar is made as incorruptible as possible though unknown to the public means, even still he can be challenged by any Penscle, to prove that he is still a faithful Follower of the New Triad, by allowing anyone Penscle to be able to challenge them on their faith prevent corruption from taking root at the Top and trickling down like the Archtrator in Artaemos’ Folly.
