Merchants Guild

You could say Ravenport is built on the foundations of the Merchants Guild, and you’d be right. There are not many businesses in Ravenport that aren’t influenced by the Merchants Guild in some way. Most operating and business licenses are controlled by the Guild. The Merchants Guild was the first guild to suggest the Guilder's Circle be founded shortly before the Child Emperor, Luther Lysander’s, mysterious disappearance in 21 EoT. The timing of the whole affair was definitely curious, especially to those of the Watchers Guild, who still seem to suspect the Merchant’s Guilds involvement of the Child Emperor’s disappearance even now. The Merchant’s Guild seems to have thrived after the creation of the Circle and has now become the largest guild in Ravenport with over 5,000 members.
