Elder's Den
The capital city of the Elderkin and thus The Elder's Domain comprising of a city in a giant volcano, (at least presumably it's a volcano, Elderkin history speaks of a story where the Elder's egg crashed onto the planet and cracked the earth, creating the mountain of the volcano and letting lava pour up from the earth). It is a city comprised of multiple rings, with the throne of The Elder in the back, farthest from the exit, a big room of dark stone and gold with lots of red fabric, with his throne in the back being lit from a lavafall behind him. In the center of the city, there is the lava spout, which is constantly pushing lava up from the ground, which they channel throughout the city to heat it and for energy.
Purpose / Function
Mostly just to serve as a place for The Elder and his various servants to live, and for a place for him to rule from, also serves as the capital of his kingdom and a great military base.
Architecture
A lot of dark or black stone, gold trimming, and red fabric, a lot of the lighting is with lava and lava channels throughout the city covered in glass.
History
A very old city, originating back in the time of the First Elder.
