Bluewind Courts, Piltover

Named after the Blue Bird of the Sea, Janna, the Bluewind Courts are where the wealthy and influential members of society make their homes. Most of the clans that compose the council have mansions in this area, complete with private workshops and servants' quarters at some.
As one of the quietest districts of the city, the shops and business in this area tend to be on the more subtle side. There are a few high class inns that cater to visiting dignitaries and secluded cafés to enjoy a private meal or mingle amongst the aristocracy.

Landmarks and Points of Interest

Piltover Wardens Headquarters. The headquarters for Piltover's local police force where they can easily leverage (and be leveraged) by the mercantile elite.

The Zephyr. Several wealthy families in the area funded the construction of a Temple to Janna here in the Bluewind Courts. The clergy do their best to reallocate the donations from the mercantile clans to ancillary facilities throughout the city that need support. The main feature of the temple is a large statue dedicated to Janna featuring a large kestrel surrounding by flowing winds made out of a strange blue metal.
