Stillwater Hold
Stillwater Hold is a prison complex on an islond off the west coast of Piltover in the Conqueror's Sea. Stillwater primarily holds criminals from Piltover, however does have agreements with other City-States that allow for them to incarcerate there with approval. The fort has at least 20 floors, and has cells for solitary confinement. Prisoners are given a variety of tasks to occupy themselves for their stay when they are not locked away in solitary confinement.
