Bisy (Spirit of Mental Illness)
Bisy are Condition Spirits of mental illness. They appear as tiny beautiful yellow women, but there is always something off about them. Their red eyes point in slightly different directions. Their smiles are a little too broad and pained. A tiny brain (theirs or someone else's?) rests on their hip like a handbag. Their shoes are a little too high. Their teeth are a little too sharp. And they carry a broken arrow, which they poke their victim with as they whisper reminders of all the mistakes the victim has ever made.
