Personal history
Ari was born on the black shore as an outcast of the Irino clan. He grew up near the black shore with the other outcasts and learned how to wield a sword like any other elkir. However, he could never be freed from the feeling that something in the dark sands was calling to him. When he got older he began pursuing the ancient practices of the shamans of old. He spent many years as a shaman, healing and using dark magic.
That was until he went for a walk on the black shore one starry night. He sat down in the sand and closed his eyes.
When he did he was transported to the ancestral plane. When he did he spoke with his ancestors and heard of what they had to say. They taught him much of magic and of wisdom. Once he awoke after days of being in the ancestral plane he returned to his people. He told them all what he had seen. Though some doubted him he soon proved his vision right by telling them things he should not know of.
His people decided to follow him and they named themselves the wanderers of the ancestral plane.
Ari spent many years traveling the ancestral plane and learning all he could from his ancestors. During his travels he met the ancestors of other clans who all seemed to be filled with sorrow about being forgotten. When they met Ari some of them begged him to teach their offspring the magic he possessed.
After listening to the pleas of the dead Ari and the wanderers decided to try and convince the other clans to join him and become wanderers themselves. convincing the other clans with words and magic tricks did not go as well as Ari had hoped. He only convinced a few clans to convert, however once he decided to try convince the other clans by using violence and brute force it went a lot better. This crusade went on for hundreds of years and he managed to convert a large part of the southern clans. His crusade ended with the battle of siev mieth against the Indo clan. Ari was slain during the battle. It is said that the soil is still red where his blood was spilled.
