Elves are born after 7 months. however the process is extremely deadly for the mother and infant. Because of the pain women tend to have a a high pain tolerance.
Growth Rate & Stages
An elf reaches full maturity when they are about 25. They will stop growing and keep their same appearance for about 200 years. hen they reach the 250 mark is usually when they will start to look old.

The elven community in Amryl are mostly Eredathic, however one reason for the huge divide between wood elves end high elves is how they perceive the tents of faith, and how they go about protecting the natural world the gods created.
High elven beliefs is that in order to protect the world they need to stay technologically advanced to deal with threats.
Wood elven beliefs is that they should do what they always have been doing to protect the world, and that technological advancements can ultimately destroy nature.

Fey lights are one of the most used light sources by the high elves as they are less of a fire hazard, and never dies.
Because elves have an allergy to iron and since it cancels out magic they have to use different materials as a substitute. for example wooden tools enforced with magic, clay, bones, crystals or glass.
Instead of iron armour they usually use magic to form the hard barrier on top of their gamberson. they also use weapons made out of either halfway or fully magical as a way to keep their sharp edges. It also can burn trough gamberson and is pretty strong in general.
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
Elves that have passed are cremated and their ashes spread in the wild. A memorial custom is to hang personal belongings and letters to the departed in the trees of the forest the ashes were scattered in as a way to remember the one who was lost. Stealing something hanging on a tree is believed to curse the thief.
History
The elves originally named the elviren by the rumarians originated from the soutuh of Oasis. Where form is unknown, but the elves believe they were sent to oasis by the gods to protect the lands of Oasis.
