Remiscua

Remiscua is the location of Mount Aephasos, the mortal home of the gods when they still roamed Sacros many millennia ago. When the gods departed the mortal plane and gifted the new humans they'd created with the home of their former playground, it was decided that Remiscua would remain holy ground.

The Remiscuan Throne has divine right over all of the Mythic Isles, but this is little more than figurehead. Each country is governed by its own monarch, and the throne is hotly contested - if you manage to depose the current ruler, you win the right to the position.

After the draconic invasions and the creation of the heillige, it was decided they would forever be part of this hallowed ground. All heillige are raised upon Remiscuan soil, and many prefer to keep their primary residence on the islands in adulthood.

Geography

A close-set collection of five islands. Heavily mountainous, with populations settling in valleys and on the sides of mild-weathered peaks.

Fauna & Flora

Livestock are often long-haired. Endemic fish and birds.

Marble, wine grapes, olives, fishing, livestock.
