Sea Elf

A subset of elves native to the northwest seas of Samarya. They once built settlements underneath the Bahaman Sea (Sea of Ruin) and along the shores of the Moon Isles. Forced ashore by the Ruin of the Sea, the majority of sea elves now reside in and near Mizure.
Sea elves can breathe air and water with gills located along their necks and beneath their eyes. They also have minor echolocation abilities underwater.
Typically, sea elves either have very dark or very light hair. Their skin is typically near translucent, with a faint tint of blue underneath.

Major organizations

The Oda Empire consists of the united familial clans of sea elves that banded together under the Oda Clan.
