The burly centaur is a big fan of good gladiators. Put on a good show and he'll buy you a round. He was once a gladiator himself. Befriending adventurers lets him relive his glory days. He's got a problem respecting anyone younger and greener than he is. He won't talk about how his gladiator career ended.

Dale has been coming to Concussive Curatives since his gladiatorial days. Although he is unpleasant, gruff, and kind of an asshole, so is Madame Whiskerthrob. The two rub each other wrong just the right way that their friction is difficult to discern from friendship. This friendship does not extend beyond a bar tab of 10gp or more.
