Silk Rooms
Upstairs in Concussive Curatives there are rooms lined and separated by curtains of silk. They are surprisingly private, and each set of comfortable seats surrounds a hookah of a sort.
Entry here will require someone with Thieves Cant. But you can bring your friends, if you assure Madame Whiskerthrob that they are cool. No cops.

This shisha can be smoked in a hookah. It has been made with cocoon fibers from a rare underground caterpillar. When smoking it the users all gain the Minor Illusion cantrip, but can only use it to direct the smokes and vapors that come from their own breath.
If at least four people are using this Cache together, they can use it to cast a limited form of the Scrying spell, but the images shown are all allegorical rather than directly divinatory.
