The Karros Island Array is the first array to be completed.

The Array on Karros Island is the first such array to be completed as part of the GLEEM plan by the Sentinels. The Array helps block unauthorized communication from the planetary surface to help keep Sanctuary safely hidden in the event of unforeseen civilizational collapse. Two arrays were deemed necessary to ensure sufficient suppression but a total of three were commissioned to provide redundancy in case one array failed or needed to be taken down for maintenance.
