Jackson Elias provided a business card with his contact information. It was presented inside an small envelope with "Shall we play?" written on the outside.
The writing on the back of the card was decoded to read "date we met" using the Pangram Cipher. (The gallows hinting at which cipher to use.)

Notes for the puzzle:

Arrived with a copy of The Hungry Dead. The card was inside an envelope along with a Skeleton Key.
